Suggestions for type II diabetic and anyone who wants to avoid getting it

Drink 8 glasses per day of reverse osmosis or purified water.
Only other drinks are organic coffee black with stevia if necessary, organic herbal tea such as licorice root, dandelion root, green, black or white tea.  Stevia drink mixes are ok but do not rely on them or drink daily.
Sleep 8 hours solid per night.
Walk, rebound, yoga, weight lift one hour total per day.  Build up to this.
Drink a glass of sole every morning upon rising.  Recipe below.
If you like avocado have ½ one with a meal daily.
Sprouts are excellent, make your own.
Do not eat grains, sugar, honey, fruit, milk, or starch (potatoes, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, corn).

Put about a 1/3 cup of this salt in to a clean quart glass mason jar then fill with reverse osmosis water.  Let this sit overnight.  If there is no salt remaining at the bottom of the jar add a few tablespoons and let it sit overnight.  The water will hold the correct amount of salt and you’ve reached it when there is some left in the bottom of the jar.  Keep this covered – I use a coffee cup which I drink sole out of every morning.  Upon rising add 8 oz reverse osmosis or purified water to your cup, then add 1 teaspoon of sole to the water.  Sip it slowly, swish it around your whole mouth before each swallow.  I take my morning supplements with this water.  This gives you every mineral your body needs.  Use the salt instead of ordinary table salt.  When the sole is 2/3 gone add the water to a bath, or add salt and water to start over.

Put a tablespoon in your bath to soak, or rub all over your body after your shower.  It’s messy but an excellent way to get magnesium in you, and very relaxing for your muscles:
